1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AA-MARKET, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to represent that company.

2. Platform purpose

AA-MARKET helps buyers, suppliers, moderators, and platform operators manage sourcing workflows, including RFQs, supplier profiles, quote comparison, documents, and related communications.

3. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account and business information.
• You may not attempt to access accounts, data, or admin areas that you are not authorized to use.

4. Buyer and supplier conduct

• Buyers should submit accurate RFQ and sourcing requirements.
• Suppliers should provide accurate company, capability, compliance, and quote information.
• Users may not upload illegal, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious content.

5. No guarantee of transactions

AA-MARKET provides sourcing workflow tools. We do not guarantee supplier performance, buyer payment, product quality, customs clearance, shipping outcomes, or completion of any transaction unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
